Fifteen swimmers from across all synchro clubs in Herts attended the first of hopefully many Development days in the County. This was held in Cheshunt at Goffs Academy which was a great location for both land training and pool activities. Saturday 22nd June saw 78 athletes come together at Stevenage Swim Centre for the 2019 Herts Synchro Championship. This event was run in parellel with an East Region event, with many of the Herts Athletes medalling at both events.
