Team Manager training is designed to ensure that anyone taking groups of athletes to competition or camps, locally or abroad, is fully equipped to fulfil their role.
The training is ideal for those individuals who are already doing the role of a Team Manager, or those who want to take on the role. All candidates for Team Manager training must be a member of Swim England.
Team Manager training is delivered in two parts – Module 1 Local Competitions and Module 2 Overnight Stays and Travel Abroad. Use the links below to find more information about the role and training of Team Managers.
This course is recommended for anyone aged 16yrs or over. It should be noted that an individual cannot take the role of a Team Manager fully until they turn 18yrs.
