Swim England Hertfordshire’s policy with regard to volunteers claiming expenses now reflects the policy of Swim England. Expenses will be reimbursed in line with Swim England guidelines.

All claims for reimbursement of expenses should be approved by the organiser of the event for which claims are being made, and claims, authorisation and supporting documentation should be e-mailed to the Finance Officer at finance@swimherts.org.
