Hertford Swimming Club is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced Head Coach to lead our coaching team and help shape the future of our club.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a pivotal leadership role within a historic, community-focused competitive swim club in Hertfordshire.
The Head Coach will be responsible for designing and delivering the coaching program, developing swimmers from the club’s academy levels through to county, regional, and national competitions as well as mentoring assistant coaching staff.
The Club are looking for a passionate leader who wants to inspire the next generation of athletes and foster a positive, high-performing club culture.
