Swim England Hertfordshire is always looking for ways to help our athletes produce better performances and maximise their potential. Our Nutrition and Drug Awareness Seminar is an opportunity for parents, athletes and coaches to learn more about these important subjects.
The nutritionist presenter – Jasmine Campbell.
Jasmine works with a number of the Swim England programmes including the performance squad. She is highly experienced sports nutritionist who works with parents, athletes and coaches.
The drug awareness presenter – Kevin Pickard
Kevin is the Swim England East Region Swimming Talent Officer. Included in his talents is that he is a UK Anti-Doping advisor. He will be highlighting the benefits of clean sport and how you can check out any medication etc.

Places on the seminar are limited so make sure you book your place as soon as possible by competing the form and submitting payment. Admission is £5 per person in advance. If there are any spaces left on the night admission will be £10 per person.
