The water polo committee meets three or four times a year. The committee has responsibility for the organisation of competitions for water polo athletes, and the development of the discipline within the county.

Currently there is no Water Polo Committee, but the county works within the Swim England East Region Water Polo Committee.
There is no Swim England Hertfordshire Water Polo Manager, but a county representative attends the Swim England East Region Water Polo Committee meetings.
