County Championships 2024
The County Championship Event Planning Committee has decided that Swim England Hertfordshire will follow the lead from Swim England regarding dress code for officials at County Championships 2024:
- White Swim England Hertfordshire Polo Top
- Black Trousers / Skirt
- Black footwear / training shoes
Greys or other similar shades will not be acceptable.
We have shared this decision as early as possible to allow everyone the opportunity to purchase suitable attire in plenty of time to reduce the financial burden as far as possible.
The change has been made in a bid to be more inclusive, removing what was an unnecessary barrier to those who felt uncomfortable wearing white trousers, skirts or shorts on poolside and supports Swim Englands similar decision released on the 4th July 2023.
